LETTER SIZE Here is a good reference when trying to determine what size
letters you should consider when designing a sign. The "Maximum Readable
Distance" is the farthest distance a person could comprehend the sign,
while the "Readable Distance for Maximum Impact" is the suggested
distance when trying to get a person to view the sign in a hurry and to
comprehend the message. Note: Timing and viewing angle will have an impact of the Readable Distance of the sign and should be considered when designing the sign. |
