VINYL

Computer cut vinyl can be accurately produced from a very small to a very large scale and is the most common means of making signs today, all over the world. The vinyl is typically guaranteed from 3 to 10 years, and is less expensive than most other options of sign making. Vinyl is available in a wide variety of colors and specialty films, and can be applied to most smooth surfaces.

Most definitely the busiest equipment in our shop, we operate a Vytech 500 and a Gerber GSP. The Gerber is capable of handling 15" vinyl either sprocket or friction fed, while the Vytech can handle up to 19" sprocket fed vinyl. The Vytech 500 is controlled through ScanVec's CASmate PRO.
